Design Service
• Part design from concept to Moldable Components
• Proto Type Parts; design, build and sampling ‘fit’ your requirements Material recommendations, resin selection, materials sampling
• Designs for mold-ability, assembly, decorating and packaging
Injection Molding
• High Precision, Lower Tonnage, late model machinery
• 110 ton to 30 ton both horizontal and vertical injection machines
• Sampling runs of 10 pieces to production runs of 100K +
Mold Builds
• Full-frame Molds, MUD Inserts, and Custom Mold Inserts
• Steel, Aluminum, Epoxy and Composite Materials as required
• Complex hot runner, hydraulic actuated, high volume tooling
• Simple ‘hand load’ cavity and core sets per application
